A Letter From The CEO

As Ryze Party approaches its 5th birthday this August, I’ve been reflecting deeply on this journey, not just mine, but ours.

The idea for Ryze Party was born after Teresa, myself, and so many people we love experienced both joy and trauma in an industry that, while full of promise, often failed the people in it. The MLM industry has a tarnished reputation, and in many ways, it’s deserved. It has caused emotional and financial harm to countless people. At the same time, it’s given many the ability to bring in extra income during difficult times. And let’s be honest, in today’s economy, every little bit helps.

So why did Matthew, Teresa, and I decide to start a business in an industry that has hurt so many? Because, at its core, the idea of direct sales can be life-changing if it’s done ethically. That’s where Ryze began, with one mission in mind: create a company where the business can thrive, the consultants can flourish, and the customers can have fun.

So let me share with you how we got to where we are today…

Step 1: Be a Consultant-Focused Company

What does this mean?

It means we lead every decision with our consultants in mind. Our consultants are the backbone of Ryze. We don’t exist without them. Period.

We believe that what’s best for our consultants is what’s best for the entire company. Let me explain how we live this out:

• High-Quality Products at a Fair Retail Price
  We create pieces consultants are proud to stand behind, and customers can buy with confidence. This helps consultants grow their sales and income.
• The Best Customer Care in the Industry
  Our customers are treated with respect and kindness. If something isn’t right, we make it right. That creates loyal customers who come back, and that benefits our consultants.
• A Compensation Plan That Grows With You
  In my opinion, we have the best compensation plan in the surprise jewelry space, and that’s intentional. We don’t make wild claims about retiring early or earning six figures overnight. Instead, we offer something real: a way to bring extra income into your household while being part of a company that has your back. Whether it’s covering bills, buying groceries, or saving for a vacation, the opportunity here is honest, meaningful, and gimmick-free.

Our Consultants Are NOT Our Customers

This is personal for me.

I was a consultant with two MLM companies and worked on the corporate side of one. I left both for the same reason. It felt like the consultants were really just the company’s top customers.

At Ryze, that’s not how we operate. We want our consultants to make money, not spend it all chasing a dream. We live this out in a few powerful ways:

• We don’t encourage inventory loading.
  In fact, we actively protect against it. The DSA and FTC both have regulations to prevent consultants from purchasing more than they can realistically sell. One of their guidelines is the 70% Rule, meaning 70% of products must be purchased by non-distributors (aka genuine customers). We stand by this rule.
• Our replenishment system is built for compliance and consultant success.
  Ryze consultants don’t purchase inventory upfront in the traditional sense. They lease it through our deposit system and get their deposit back once it sells. If they resign, they can even return their inventory for a refund (minus a restocking fee).

Why does this all matter? At Ryze Party Inc., we don’t profit when consultants place an order. We only profit when they make a sale. That’s a fundamental difference in how we operate, and it’s intentional. Our success is directly tied to theirs, which means we are truly invested in helping our consultants thrive.

We don’t have the luxury, or the desire, to build a business that profits off consultant purchases. Instead, we’ve built a model where we rise together. When our consultants succeed, we succeed. It’s a partnership, not a transaction.

And that’s what makes Ryze different. This isn’t just lip service. Our business model demands that we show up for our field every single day. Because here, success is shared. Always.

This model forces us, in the best way, to be truly partnered with our consultants. Their success is our success. And that’s how it should be.

Why Ryze?

I could go on and on about what makes Ryze different. But by now, you either know it because you’ve seen it over the past five years, or you’ve heard the “we’re different” line from other companies so many times, you’ve stopped believing it.

And honestly? I get it.

I really do.

This industry has made a lot of promises it didn’t keep. It’s left too many people carrying the weight of broken trust, financial stress, and emotional scars. If that’s your story, I want you to know something: I see you. And I don’t blame you for feeling the way you do.

But I also want you to know this. Ryze was built with all of that in mind. Every policy, every system, every decision we make is grounded in the belief that this industry can do better. That people deserve better. That you deserve better.

This isn’t about trying to convince you to join us. It’s about letting you know that someone out there actually listened to the pain this industry caused and decided to build something different because of it.

Because for us, this isn’t just business. It’s personal.
