Before getting into the bigger questions, we kicked things off with a few fun ones to warm things up and get to know Nicole a little better.
“If you were a piece of jewelry, what would you be and why?”
- Nicole would definitely be some kind of statement piece. She admits she can be a little over the top at times and loves to stand out, but only occasionally. Bold when the moment calls for it, subtle when it doesn’t. The perfect balance of personality and presence.
“What jewelry trend would you bring back (or ban forever)?”
- Nicole would bring back arm bands without hesitation. Why not. As for trends to leave behind, she is ready to permanently retire those spiky silicone rings and earrings from the 90’s and the oversized clear thumb rings that had their moment. Some things are better left in the past.
Okay, but Hypothetically…
Time to get creative. These next questions invited Nicole to dream a little beyond the day to day.
“If jewelry had superpowers, what would yours do?”
- Nicole’s jewelry would point at the dishes or the laundry and magically have it all done. Practical. Efficient. Revolutionary.
“If jewelry could talk, what would yours say about you?”
- According to Nicole, her jewelry would probably remind her to wear it more often instead of forgetting about half of her collection. It might also gently point out that she talks a lot and has a habit of interrupting when she gets excited.
“What gemstone best matches your personality?”
- Aquamarine. She has always loved blue stones and feels drawn to their calm but vibrant energy.

I wanted to wrap things up with the question I ask everyone. It is our signature question of the series and a chance to really reflect and connect with the field.
“What’s one thing you hope the field knows about our corporate team?”
- Nicole hopes the field knows just how much they are appreciated. She wants them to understand that they are never a bother, no matter the question or concern. Whether someone emails the wrong department, needs extra clarity, or just wants reassurance, she genuinely loves hearing from them. There is no such thing as a bad question, and making sure everyone feels supported and heard is something the corporate team takes seriously. The care is real, and it runs deep.
