Every good conversation needs a warm up, so we began with a few lighter questions before jumping into the rest.
“If you were a piece of jewelry, what would you be and why?”
- If Brittany were a piece of jewelry, she would be a necklace. It is one of those pieces that feels essential, something she never quite feels like herself without. Simple, personal, and always close, it fits her perfectly.
“What jewelry trend would you bring back (or ban forever)?”
- Brittany would love to see the Storyline collection make a return! She is drawn to the meaning behind each piece and the stories they tell, believing jewelry feels even more special when it carries intention, memory, and purpose.

“What’s one behind the scenes detail that makes a big difference in the final product?”
- For Brittany, it is when everyone pitches in to make sure every detail is just right. From clear labeling to quality checks and perfect presentation, she knows those extra steps make all the difference in delivering something truly special.
“What makes you most proud to work with Ryze?”
- What stands out most to Brittany is how family focused and people centered Ryze truly is. She loves that mental health is prioritized and that the company genuinely cares about each individual, not just as an employee but as a person. That sense of care and support is what makes Ryze feel like home.
“What’s one word you hope customers use to describe our brand?”
- Unique. (BAM!! Could not have said it better myself. -Macie)

“What’s a jewelry rule you secretly love breaking?”
- Brittany loves wearing multiple rings at once (Same, girl, SAME). Each one adds a little piece of her personality, and together they tell a story that feels layered, expressive, and completely her.
“Are you more ‘forgot to put jewelry on,’ ‘put jewelry on at the last minute in the car,’ or ‘good thing I already have on my everyday jewels’?”
- Definitely the third option. Brittany always has her everyday jewelry on, and just in case, she keeps a backup ring or necklace waiting in the car. Since working at Ryze, she has a lot more options to choose from and is getting even better at being prepared.
Signature Question
I wanted to wrap things up with a question I ask everyone. It is our signature question of the series and a chance to really reflect and connect with the field.
“What’s one thing you hope the field knows about our corporate team?”
- Brittany hopes the field knows just how much heart the corporate team puts into everything they do. From staying late to coming in early, it is never because they have to, but because they want to. The team works closely, supports one another, and genuinely feels like a family, and that care is reflected in everything they create.
