Before jumping into the bigger questions, I wanted to start Aiyana off with a few easy ones. Think of this as a warm up. A chance to loosen up, have a little fun, and break the ice.
“If you were a piece of jewelry, what would you be and why?”
- If Aiyana were a piece of jewelry, she would be her classic chain. Fierce and fashionable, with a strong presence that still feels effortless. Chains stand out, make a statement, and bring an edge to any look, which feels very on brand for her style.
“What jewelry trend would you bring back (or ban forever)?”
- Aiyana is fully on board with bringing back mixed metals. Silver and gold together feel modern, confident, and expressive, and she is loving that this trend is making its way back into everyday style.

“What’s one thing you hope people feel when they wear our jewelry?”
- Above all, Aiyana wants people to feel happy and confident when they wear our jewelry. She believes the right piece can change how you carry yourself, adding a little extra joy and reassurance as you move through your day. For her, jewelry is less about the mirror and more about the feeling it gives you from the inside out.
“What’s a small moment at work that made you smile recently?”
- Some of Aiyana’s favorite moments at work come from the simplest interactions. A quick chat with Austin, a shared laugh, and a few lighthearted moments in between tasks often end up being highlights of her day. It is a sweet reminder that the people you work with can make even the busiest days feel fun and meaningful.
“Who inspires your style, in jewelry or in life?”
- Aiyana finds inspiration in the constant motion of the world around her. She is always observing, learning, and collecting ideas from what she sees and experiences each day. Those influences come together almost like a mosaic, creating a style that reflects both the moment and her individuality. No matter how trends evolve, staying true to herself remains at the heart of everything she creates.

“What’s your most controversial jewelry opinion?”
- Mixing silver and gold. Always. Aiyana has stood firmly by this opinion, and it is finally paying off. The fashion world is catching on to the boldness of mixed metals, and while she loves being ahead of the curve, she is happy to see this once controversial take becoming widely embraced!
“What’s your go-to confidence boost, jewelry or otherwise?”
- A good outfit is always Aiyana’s go to confidence booster. She believes that when you look good, you feel good, and that feeling has a way of influencing your entire day. “Look good. Feel good. Play good.” has become one of her signature sayings, and it perfectly captures how she approaches both style and confidence.

- Aiyana hopes the field knows just how much care goes into every little detail, even the ones no one is meant to see. There is so much intention behind the scenes, and those tiny details often become some of the most meaningful parts of the work. It is one of the things she loves most about being part of the team!
